NARS Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base Primer:
I literally cannot live without this primer that goes on the eye lids BEFORE you apply eyeshadow. Your eyeshadow does not move, smudge, crease - it stays in place for hours and hours and hours!!
How to apply:
Use only very small amount all over the eyelid. Wait for it to dry and then dust a translucent powder over eyelid for extra protection.
I think I must be one of the only people I know that doesn't own a Nars product. Thanks for sharing! :D
